Kem is a Greenville native with a lifelong connection to the community and a wealth of experience in real estate. Her career began in 1999 at a boutique firm specializing in marketing new custom-built neighborhoods. There, she gained valuable insights into the industry's creative and operational sides, creating marketing campaigns and managing accounting functions.

When the firm merged with a larger real estate company in 2009, Kem took on more responsibility, becoming an indispensable agent resource. She assisted with listings, contracts, buyer relations, and more. Through the years, she’s worked with buyers and sellers as a REALTOR, building strong relationships and providing personalized guidance through every step of the real estate process.

With her in-depth knowledge of Greenville and passion for helping others, Kem takes pride in ensuring her clients feel confident and supported in their decisions. Outside of real estate, Kem is deeply engaged in the Greenville community, furthering her understanding of the area she loves to call home.

Kem is a University of South Carolina and Eastside High School graduate
